Techser believes 'Sell through customer reference and Publicity through Service'. Most of our branches are firstly equipped with Service Perosnnel, spares and service related infrastructure and later we look to bring in Sales Executive. Rather most of our sales people have migrated from our service department. This has a distinct advantage that our sales team comprehend the customer specific needs and suggest the right solutions. In fact most of our sales people can even attend service call and that is the reason why they carry the tools to diagnose the product problems !.

All our service centres can be contacted by simply e-mailing to yourcity@techser.com for example a person wanting service or intending to buy our products in Nagpur can simply e-mail to nagpur@techser.com and our people will respond immediately. This is true anywhere in India.
